Here is some more info via the Design Harvest Site:

West Town Chamber of Commerce along with Post 27 are proud to present Design Harvest, a unique annual street festival for Chicago. This one of a kind fest features Chicago's best local furniture and home accessory makers, vintage and antique collectors, and local retailers of home design.

Between perusing design vendors, fest-goers can partake in art making activities, paint a pumpkin and raise money for a local elementary school, take a family hay ride, or enjoy a cold beer and delicious food. Enjoy savory offerings from local restaurants: Big Delicious Planet, Breakfast Club, Cevapcici and fest favorites Suzie's Fun Foods. Sponsor Christy Webber Landscapes will be providing the hay rides from Design Harvest to their Farm & Garden Center and back between 11am and 5pm. The Farm & Garden Center will feature additional family activities including a hay maze, face painting, scare crow making, petting zoo (between 12-4pm), and more.

Helping set the mood is the live musical entertainment area, programmed by Chicago’s legendary live music venue, The Hideout. The 2012 event features headliners The Golden Horse Ranch Band on Saturday (featuring our very own Annie Coleman!) and Sarah and The Tall Boys on Sunday, plus quality musical programming with a blue grass / country feel all day long.  A rain or shine event, design vendors will be housed under a very large tent which also shelters patrons. Patio heaters will warm our lounge areas so once the sun sets imbibers can grab a seat on a hay bale, get cozy and stay a while!
