Here is a note from Damien Casten of Candid Wines about his stance, in defense of organic farms.
"I will be on NPR's Marketplace briefly tonight presenting my response to a story Marketplace ran which unfairly blamed organic farmers for a mouse that was served in a NY restaurant. I was moved to respond because the CEO seems to think the cost of an organic salad is the occasional mouse. He effectively throws his suppliers under the bus to declare his love for clean farming, which I think was an unethical perversion of the truth."
