Elizabeth Dudek, Broker
Before finding her true calling as a real estate professional, Elizabeth collected a skill set uniquely designed to produce a very well-rounded Realtor®. She combines experience as a computer consultant, education in interior design & an extensive background as a real estate assistant for a downtown law office. The result is a relationship-based Realtor® able to bring knowledge, experience, resources & enthusiasm to her clients. She ably assists buyers & sellers in understanding the complexities of the real estate process at every step. In addition, Elizabeth never forgets that her clients lead active lives outside of real estate & is obliging & flexible to the ever-changing needs & schedules of her clients.
Elizabeth considers herself to be a bit of a Renaissance woman who has enjoyed traveling since she was in the womb (literally). She has dabbled in many careers but her most memorable was as a singing waitress aboard a ship. She loves animals and has 2 cats and 1 dog as roommates and lives in a half duplex in West Bucktown.
Sarah Frier, Broker
Sarah Frier found herself interested in real estate after a background in design lead her to the door of her Ukrainian Village fixer-upper. With the help of her family, friends and a patient contractor she gut renovated an entire two flat — living there all the while! After completing that life changing project Sarah decided to use her now vast knowledge of home renovation by helping others fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
Sarah is a graduate of both Harrington College of Design and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After several years working on large scale education and health care projects for one of America’s largest contract furniture dealers she took up a career drafting real estate (a job that literally took her to almost every neighborhood in Chicago!). When an opportunity to be a part of the community at LivingRoom arose she jumped at the chance. Aside from her Real Estate activities, Sarah is also proud to mind the gallery and help bring interesting and innovative people in for exhibits, performances, lectures and more!
Prior to becoming a Broker Susannah spent a decade working in the Chicago art world. With a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Chicago, where she specialized in architectural history, and an M.S. in Architectural Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Susannah is well-versed in the language of buildings, and is passionate about their history and care. In her years as as an art gallery manager, she developed an eye for aesthetics, a thrill for matching clients with the artworks they love, and the detail-oriented ability to calmly walk them through the purchase process – all skills she brings to her work as a real estate broker.
A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Susannah is a 15-year resident of Chicago’s South and Southwest Sides. She and her husband now live in a classic Chicago Bungalow in the lakeside community of South Shore with their pitbull mix, Georgia.
