We know that true value means having a place that fits. Fits your kitchen experiments. Fits your growing family. Fits your commitment to sustainability. Fits your band practice. Fits your life. We will help you find the space you want to call home.
Community
We invest in the neighborhood in a big way: we host mini-seminars for the public on such topics as urban beekeeping, gardening, art installations, and easy home repairs. We even offer micro-grants for Chicago-based community focused projects that make Chicago a better place.

Richard Holland, Broker Associate
Direct : 773-972-3204
Richard Holland became a Realtor® because of his experience as a client of LivingRoom Realty. Annie was his Realtor® for the purchase of his home and he was so taken with the ethical business model used by LivingRoom, the counsel provided, and the importance of owning a home, that his experience became a catalyst for a career change. “Any business that so clearly reflects my values and beliefs is something that I need to be involved in.” His extensive experience as a counselor and advocate for thousands of people over the course of his career is an asset that will be of service to LivingRoom’s clients. In addition to being a Realtor®, Richard is an attorney in private practice, an artist, and a podcaster producing and co-hosting the art interview program “Bad at Sports” weekly since fall of 2005.
He is a resident of Oak Park with his wife and two sons and as the owner of a “fixer-upper” can tell you more than you probably ever want to know about removing lathe and plaster walls and replacing them with drywall.

Sarah Frier, Realtor
direct: 773-860-3452
Sarah Frier found herself interested in real estate after a background in design lead her to the door of her Ukrainian Village fixer-upper. With the help of her family, friends and a patient contractor she gut renovated an entire two flat — living there all the while! After completing that life changing project Sarah decided to use her now vast knowledge of home renovation by helping others fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
Sarah is a graduate of both Harrington College of Design and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After several years working on large scale education and health care projects for one of America’s largest contract furniture dealers she took up a career drafting real estate (a job that literally took her to almost every neighborhood in Chicago!). When an opportunity to be a part of the community at LivingRoom arose she jumped at the chance. Aside from her Real Estate activities, Sarah is also proud to mind the gallery and help bring interesting and innovative people in for exhibits, performances, lectures and more!
Sarah has also been a DJ for well over ten years and plays regularly at clubs all around Chicago.
