Annie Coleman Annie Coleman brings over 10 years of experience working in the global financial services and investment banking industry to her real estate practice. She has coordinated multi-million dollar projects globally and she brings the same care and attention to detail that she dedicated to global projects when assisting you with your local real estate needs. Annie developed her passion for buildings growing up in a Frank Lloyd Wright house in Oak Park. That experience developed her admiration of quality workmanship, attention to how spaces function and flow, and thoughtful design. Annie started investing in real estate over 7 years ago. She gut renovated a 6-flat which gave her in-depth knowledge about buildings from the inside out. Annie is a multi-instrumentalist and active member of the Chicago music community. She has lived and owned property in the Ukrainian Village area for over 7 years. direct : 312.371.9293 |
Abraham McClurg Abraham McClurg provides concierge-level service to his clients as a tireless advocate and a patient listener. He brings a wide range of professional experience to his practice from private asset management, residential construction, and non-profit arts administration. In a previous lifetime, he was a photographer and installation artist, a cook, and an Apple computer technician. In addition, Abraham embraces his roles as: 1. Flâneur: a person who walks the city in order to experience it; an analytical connoisseur of the urban fabric. 2. Philomath: a lover of learning; a researcher and seeker of knowledge and facts. 3. Uomo Universale: the ideal in Renaissance Humanism that it was possible to acquire a universal learning in order to develop one’s potential, without necessarily restricting this learning to the academic fields. Abraham holds a BFA in Photography, an AAS in Culinary Arts, and a Private Pilot license. He has lived and traveled beyond American borders for a total of nearly 3 years in 20 countries. Abraham has studied at least 10 languages, but only claims to speak Italian. He plays Bulgarian gaida (bagpipes) and Turkish oud (fretless lute), though not in public (and with debatable skill). Abraham and his wife are residents, and homeowners, in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago where they aspire to live sustainably. direct : 312.730.7701 |

TESTIMONIALS "I want to thank you for everything you have done to make this whole house buying experience one of excitement rather than frustration. I appreciate the million different ways you explained the process in order to help me understand what exactly I was signing away at, and the countless hours spent sifting though the beauties and the beasts of the housing market. But most importantly I want to thank you for finding a home that I am so ecstatic to be able to call my own. It has everything I never knew I wanted in a house beyond the vague "charming" title. I wouldn’t have been able to have done it without you two. Thank you, thank you, thank you." “I loved working with Annie. Annie loves real estate and she brings an incredible amount of enthusiasm and attention to the buying process. I feel like she really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. I have bought and sold units with her and I was impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness, and patience. She also gave me great advice on decorating my unit for a sale and estimates on installing wood floors at my new place. I have recommended her to everyone I know – she is the best!” PRESS 03.13.08 "Home Stretch" · Ideal Bite |
